Flow Simulation
The Flow Simulation simulates the model with fixed characteristics. Tank water levels stay the same during the simulation.
Dynamic Simulation
The Dynamic Simulation will update the level of water in the tanks after each simulation.
Time Control
- Step Adjust the time step.
Advance step by step until warning due to tank level occurs or
is pressed.
or
Advance/rewind by one time step.
or
Go to previous/next warning. Quicker than the step by step simulation but less precise.
Checkpoint
It is possible to save the advance of the dynamic simulation using checkpoints. The checkpoint "0" is the initial state and cannot be rewritten. When exiting the dynamic simulation you can choose to go back to the initial state. The maximum number of checkpoints is 10.
Caution: Checkpoints are deleted when exiting the Dynamic Simulation form.
Save a new checkpoint. The new checkpoint index will be the last checkpoint seen plus one.
